Service Provider: Scalifiers Business Description: We offer Private Label (PL) services to sellers on Amazon. Our services include product sourcing, branding, listing optimization, fulfillment management, and marketing, all aimed at helping Amazon sellers succeed in the marketplace.
2. Services Offered
Our Amazon Private Label Services include, but are not limited to:
- Product Sourcing: We assist sellers in identifying profitable products for Amazon FBA, including negotiating with suppliers, managing quality control, and ensuring competitive pricing.
- Branding and Packaging: We help create private label brands, including designing logos, packaging, and marketing materials that comply with Amazon’s branding guidelines.
- Amazon FBA Management: We provide guidance on listing products, managing inventory, pricing strategies, and ensuring FBA compliance.
- Product Listing Optimization: We optimize product listings with keywords, professional images, compelling descriptions, and A+ content to boost visibility and conversions.
- Marketing and Promotion: We offer advertising strategies, including Amazon PPC, social media marketing, and other promotional tactics to increase product visibility and sales.
- Compliance Support: Ensuring your products comply with Amazon’s guidelines, including labeling, safety standards, and intellectual property protections.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients using our services agree to:
- Provide accurate product details, business information, and marketing preferences.
- Follow Amazon’s Terms of Service, including policies related to intellectual property, product safety, and listing standards.
- Review and approve all listings, marketing materials, and packaging before submission.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with Amazon’s product safety and performance policies.
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
1. Service Fees: The fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement based on the scope and complexity of the services provided. Fees may include one-time charges for branding and product sourcing, as well as ongoing monthly service fees for product listing optimization and marketing.
2. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance for one-time services, and monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month for ongoing services. We accept payment through [Payment Methods].
3. Refunds and Cancellations: If services are terminated early by the client, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered. However, we will ensure all deliverables are completed to satisfaction before any termination.

2. Amazon Compliance: We will ensure all branding, product listings, and marketing materials comply with Amazon’s intellectual property guidelines, ensuring there are no violations of Amazon’s trademarks or patents.
7. Compliance with Amazon's Policies
Our services are designed to ensure full compliance with Amazon’s Terms of Service and Policies. We will ensure that all products, listings, and advertising comply with Amazon’s guidelines, including:
- Product Safety and Regulations: All products must meet Amazon’s safety requirements and local laws.
- Listing Standards: All product listings will be created in compliance with Amazon’s content guidelines, including title, description, keywords, and image requirements.
- Customer Service: We will help clients set up customer service practices that comply with Amazon’s rules regarding returns, refunds, and customer communications.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:
- Negotiation: Attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations.
- Mediation: If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to mediate the dispute with a third-party mediator.
